Why not hire a full time designer?

Our monthly plan is good for saving money. It's great for businesses that need designs but can't pay for a designer all the time. You can stop or start the service whenever you want, so you only pay when you need something. This way, you get really good designs without paying a lot like you would for a designer's yearly pay and other benefits.

Will I have a limited amount of requests?

With our subscription, you can ask for as many designs as you want, and we'll work on them one after the other. You can ask for as many designs as you need, and we'll keep making them for you.

When can I expect my design deliverables?

Time is really important for design projects. We try our best to finish most designs in three days or less. But, some bigger projects might take a bit longer to make sure they are great.

Who is providing design work?

When you work with The Rumor Company, I, the person who started it, will help you from the beginning to the end. If you need special things like animations, videos, or special drawings, I work with skilled people to make sure you get the best. And don't worry, I watch over everything to make sure it's good

How do I make a request for work?

At The Rumor Company, we understand that everyone has a different way of describing their design ideas. We use Trello and Discord to make it simple for you to share your thoughts with us. You can send messages on Discord or Trello, share things in Google Docs, or even make quick Loom videos if you prefer talking. If you can put it on Trello, we can use it to help with your design.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Don't worry, at The Rumor Company, we really care about making sure you love your designs. That's why you can ask us to make changes as many times as you need, until you are totally happy with the final result.

I only have one request. Is this service for me?

You can stop your subscription when you're done and start it again when you need more designs. This way, you won't lose any part of your subscription that you haven't used.

This isn't what I expected, can I get a refund?

We are sure you will like our great work, so we don't give refunds.
